About Plan Upgrades: The elements of a Wanderlust Social plan
There are three elements that make up every Wanderlust Social membership.
Your agency size: Economy (solo travelers), Business (up to 10 agents), and First Class (up to 50 agents)
Your bundles per month: Premium (1 bundle per month), Professional (2 bundles per month)
Your billing period: Monthly or Annually
About Plan Upgrades: Who can upgrade?
Subscriptions may be changed in the following ways:
Your agency size: Economy → Business → First Class
If you would like to DOWNGRADE your agency size, you will need to cancel your plan and start a new account with the agency size you prefer. You and your existing agents will still have access to any content you’ve already unlocked, any unused credits will still be active on your account and can be used to unlock bundles, and you can still add agents up to the maximum number allowed on your plan.
Your bundles per month: Premium ↔ Professional
You can switch between a 1 bundle per month and a 2 bundle per month plan at any time!
Your billing period: Monthly → Annually
Annual plans are pre-paid for a yearly billing cycle, and can not be changed until the pre-paid year is up. If you would like to DOWNGRADE to a monthly plan, please let us know and we can set your membership to auto-renew on a monthly plan when your current annual billing cycle ends.

How to switch between Premium (1 bundle) and Professional (2 bundle) plans
To switch number of bundles / credits per month at any time, visit your Subscriptions page under your account billing center. Choose “View” next to the subscription you’d like to manage. Then, choose “Change Your Membership Plan” under the subscription details. Here you’ll be able to upgrade your number of bundles per month and your billing period.
You can switch between a 1 and 2 bundle plan at any time.

How to switch from monthly to annual billing
To switch your subscription to annual billing at any time, visit your Subscriptions page under your account billing center. Choose “View” next to the subscription you’d like to manage. Then, choose “Change Your Membership Plan” under the subscription details. Here you’ll be able to upgrade your number of bundles per month and your billing period.
Remember, you can not switch from annual to monthly billing until your current billing cycle ends. Please reach out to us using the form above, and we can help you get this set up in advance of your subscription renewal.

Switching to a larger agency size
Upgrading your agency to a Business or First Class plan takes two steps: adding licenses to your current content, and creating your new agency. When you upgrade to an agency plan, all of your agents will have access to everything you’ve unlocked, forever!
Upgrading Agency sizes: Adding licenses to your bundles (aka the "bundle upgrade fee")
Step 1: Add licenses to your existing bundles and credits
When you have an agency with Wanderlust Social, agents on your team can access every destination you’ve unlocked already or will unlock in the future. Upgrading your agency size means adding licenses to those existing bundles and future bundles your account credits will be able to unlock.
Upgrading requires a one-time fee, equal to the below rates, for each unlocked bundle plus unused credit on your account.
(# of unlocked bundles + # of unused credits) x below amount = your one-time upgrade fee
Economy → Business: $79 each
Economy → First Class: $249 each
Business → First Class: $169 each

Example: I have an Economy plan and would like to upgrade to a Business plan. I have unlocked 3 bundles, and I have 2 credits on my account.
3 bundles + 2 credits = 5
Economy → Business: $79
5 x $79 = $395 one-time fee
Example: I have a Business plan and would like to upgrade to a First Class plan. I have unlocked 2 bundles, and I have 4 credits on my account.
2 bundles + 4 credits = 6
Business → First Class: $169
6 x $169 = $1,014 one-time fee
Upgrading Agency sizes: Creating your new agency
Step 2: Process your account upgrade
When you request an agency size upgrade, we will send you a one-time invoice with your bundle upgrade fee, that you will click to pay with a credit card.
Once your bundles and credits have been upgraded, we will switch you over to your agency size, number of bundles per month, and billing cycle of your choosing! Depending on your plan and where you are in your billing cycle, you may have to manually approve the payment, or we may be able to automatically process the switch for you.
You’ll be able to start adding agents to your account once your upgrade is complete!
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes! Ongoing promotional discounts (for example, 30% off your membership subscription) will be carried over to your upgraded subscription.
Absolutely! For example, you can upgrade from a 1 bundle Economy plan, billed monthly to a 2 bundle Business plan, billed yearly.

If you don’t want to upgrade your current bundles, but want a Business or First Class plan, you can keep your existing account and create a new account for your agency.
First, cancel your membership plan on your current account. All of your existing unlocked bundles, remaining credits, and agents (if you’re on a small agency plan) will still be there, and you’ll still be able to log in and use your account. Then, create a new Wanderlust Social account with the agency size you need. This new agency will NOT have access to anything on your old account, and any agents on your current account will not have access to your new account (unless you add them as agents there too!)
Every month you should get an email with details about your current subscription, including your agency size, bundles per month, and billing period. You can also see your complete billing history at any time under Your Account.
Yes! On a Business Plan, you can have up to 10 agents, and on a First Class plan, you can have up to 50. You can add or remove agents from your plan at any time.
Please note, you (the agency owner) take up one seat on your agency.
