Supplemental Terms of Use for Licensed Photography
These provisions are entered into in addition to and not in lieu of the standard Terms and Conditions of Wanderlust Social. By purchasing and/or using the licensed photography (“Photos”), the undersigned End User (“End User”) agrees to the following supplemental terms:
Permitted Uses
End Users may use the Photos solely for marketing and promotional purposes, including:
• One (1) website belonging to the End User, inclusive of any blogs, lead magnets, or digital presentations hosted at that website URL;
• One (1) social media account per each social media platform, each belonging to the End User;
• Unlimited use in emails from one (1) email account, where the email account belongs to the End User.
Prohibited Uses
End Users expressly agree they shall not:
• Use the Photos in products for resale, including but not limited to books, commercial templates, website designs, or paid courses;
• Use the Photos on more than one (1) website;
• Use the Photos for more than one (1) social media account per platform;
• Resell, sublicense, transfer, or otherwise distribute the Photos in any manner.
Acknowledgment
By clicking below, the End User acknowledges and agrees to abide by these Supplemental Terms of Use in addition to the Wanderlust Social Terms and Conditions.
